Melissa Blue is the original owner and designer for Winters and Rain, the largest couture accessory company, that first introduced the convertible tiara. It was the pearl and ruby headpiece she designed for her own wedding and after words restrung into a necklace, that inspired her to create the concept of restringing your tiara into jewelry and wearing it forever. Her designs have been honored by countless articles, editorials and television appearances as well as the industries most prestigious awards including a Debi nomination and Wedding Dresses Magazine Couture Bridal Award for Designer of the Year.
